WILSON KEEPING HIS RIDING TIGHT AND HIS WINNING STREAK STRONG

CORONA, CA (April 4, 2011) Dean Wilson took his third win of the season at the seventh round of the AMA Supercross Lites Eastern Region in Dallas, TX. Currently holding the most wins in the series, Wilson moved three points closer to the leader in the championship standings. Wilson enjoyed the added power of VP’s MR-Pro5 during the 15-lap main event.

Wilson’s hot streak continued at Cowboys Stadium, earning his second-consecutive victory on his Kawasaki KX250F. After a third-place start, Wilson was able to chase down the leader and make the pass before the final lap.

“It was an exciting race,” said Wilson. “The track was very demanding, especially in the whoops. They were really big and you really had to power through them to get out clean. The fans were awesome when we were battling and it really helped me give a final push at the end.”

The AMA Supercross riders head to Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, Mo. for the penultimate round of the series. Wilson currently sits in second in the championship standings with 147 points. CLICK HERE for more information about VP’s SX/MX fuels.
