BREA, CA. (AUGUST 6, 2010) There is only one round left in the AMA ATV Motocross Championship and Team Suzuki has been tearing through the ranks, hungry for a podium spot. In fact, the VP sponsored team already has the prestigious Manufacturer’s Cup in the bag. This is the third time Team Suzuki has clenched the cup, but who’s counting? Its no surprise that Suzuki is keeping their trophy bikes filled with MRX01 for consistent wins.

Suzuki’s National Sales Manager, Rod Lopusnak, is proud of winning the coveted Manufacturer’s Cup. “2010 not only marks the third year in a row that the QuadRacer R450 has won the most races, but it comes during our celebration of the 50th year of international racing. We are very proud of this achievement as it demonstrates just how good a product this sport ATV is, as well as the kind of commitment Suzuki has made to the sport.”

The men in yellow received this honor on behalf of their team by scooping up the most points of any manufacturer in the Pro class of the exciting 11-round series. Dustin Wimmer and Josh Creamer have seen plenty of podium time lately as they’ve collectively conquered each round and tallied seven first-place finishes and seven double podiums.

Next weekend marks the final round held at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch with Wimmer and Creamer being the only two riders in contention for the 2010 AMA ATV Motocross Championship. The team is thrilled about finishing the series with a championship.
