BARK RIVER, MI. (AUGUST 14, 2010) Jeremy McGrath is getting inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame very soon and he’s making sure that it’s not only on account of his legendary motocross career. While at the Chicagoland Speedway, McGrath won his first-ever PRO 2WD race leaving the class points leader, Rob MacCachren, behind him at Bark River International Raceway. McGrath roped this first win using VP’s Late Model Plus fuel.

“What do you say about this Bark River track?” said one excited McGrath from the winner’s podium after the race. “I think it’s one year to the day that Rob got me on the last lap and ended up winning that race. We finally got to seal the deal.
“I gotta say thanks to the whole Greaves team, Kurt and Johnny and Brad and the whole crew. I mean, all you guys have put in a lot of work for me and have been patient and I appreciate that. This is a weekend I’ve been waiting on for a long time, so what better place to have it than Bark River!”
Winning at Bark River gives McGrath a substantial points boost with contenders MacCachren wrecking early in the race and Chad Hord spinning out late in the game. Astonishingly, both MacCachren and Hord still managed to weave their way through the field to fight and victoriously obtain podium spots at Bark River.
